David McDonald
Dave's professional journey is a testament to his adaptability, leadership, and expertise in the insurance adjusting field. Before embarking on his illustrious career as an adjuster, Dave honed his skills in business and client relations as a Regional Sales Manager for the COMEX Group, one of the three leading paint manufacturers in North America at the time, later acquired by Sherwin Williams. This foundational experience in sales and management laid the groundwork for his exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, which would become invaluable in his future roles.
In 2012, Dave's path took a pivotal turn when he was called upon for his first deployment on Super Storm Sandy. This marked the beginning of a distinguished career in catastrophe adjusting, where he navigated through the aftermaths of wind/hailstorms, hurricanes, fires, and numerous winter events. Dave's dedication and skillset allowed him to evolve from handling the ‘run of the mill’ claims to specializing in large loss residential and commercial adjustments, particularly focused in handling total losses and fires for multiple carriers. His proficiency in collaborations with contractor/vendor connection programs to perform third-party inspections further underscores his comprehensive understanding of the insurance landscape.
With over a decade of hands-on experience as an Independent Adjuster, Dave transitioned to an internal role, quickly rising from an Account Manager to Director of Claims by 2023. His seamless progression into leadership positions within the industry highlights not only his adeptness in claims adjustment but also his capacity to lead, mentor, and drive forward operational efficiencies. Dave's unwavering commitment to excellence, combined with his extensive field knowledge, positions him as a distinguished leader and adjuster in the insurance industry.

Paul Langford
Paul Langford began his career in the roofing industry in 2018, working in sales for a company based in Tampa, FL. It didn’t take long for him to recognize the value of offering a product that clients genuinely needed, especially when it came to roof damage. This experience sparked his interest in the insurance claims process, and within a year, he transitioned into the role of an independent adjuster.
Over the next several years, Paul worked with some of the industry's biggest carriers, including State Farm, Frontline, and Allstate. His primary focus was on wind and hail claims, where he quickly gained hands-on experience in assessing damages and managing claims. While at Allstate, he achieved a company record for the most claims closed in a single day—18—further solidifying his reputation for efficiency and attention to detail.
After working closely with major insurance carriers, Paul witnessed firsthand how claims were sometimes denied or not properly handled, which made him realize the need for advocates who put the policyholder first. This led him to become a Public Adjuster and, in January 2025, he joined Robby’s team. With his deep understanding of both the insurer’s and the policyholder’s perspective, Paul is uniquely positioned to ensure fair outcomes for his clients.
In addition to his work as a Public Adjuster, Paul also launched his own business in the summer of 2023, providing estimate-writing services for contractors during his deployment breaks. This entrepreneurial side of his career has only enhanced his ability to manage claims from every angle.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with dual concentrations in Finance and Management from Columbia College, and he is Xactimate Level Two certified. While he specializes in wind and hail claims, Paul is equipped to handle all types of claims with a hands-on, thorough approach.
At the core of his work is a commitment to managing each claim personally and ensuring it is handled efficiently and fairly. By setting clear expectations and staying proactive throughout the process, he makes sure policyholders are kept in the loop and their needs are met in a timely manner.
